JCT has announced that the 2024 Edition of the Consultancy and Pre-Construction Services Agreements will be released on 4 September 2024.
The documents that will be included as part of the release are:
- Consultancy Agreement (Public Sector) 2024 (CA 2024)
- Pre-Construction Services Agreement (General Contractor) 2024 (PCSA 2024)
- Pre-Construction Services Agreement (Specialist) 2024 (PCSA/SP 2024)
The documents will be available via the JCT online store, www.jctltd.co.uk.
Customers will have instant access on 4 September via the JCT On Demand digital format, or through the JCT Construct digital subscription service.
The contracts will also be available to order in traditional hardcopy from the same date. There will be no pre-order period.
Tracked change versions of the documents (showing the changes against the JCT 2016 Edition) will also be available via the Docdel service. Users should visit www.jctltd.co.uk/category/jct-tracked-change for more information.
