JCT has announced that the 2024 Edition of the Intermediate Building Contract family will be released on 10 July 2024.
The documents that will be included as part of the release are:

In addition to the main contracts, sub-contracts, and guides from the Intermediate Building Contract family, JCT will also be releasing the IC and ICD 2024 Admin – Contract Administration Model Forms (digital only).
The documents will be available via the JCT online store, www.jctltd.co.uk.
Customers will have instant access on 10 July via the JCT On Demand digital format, or through the JCT Construct digital subscription service.
The contracts will also be available to order in traditional hardcopy from the same date. There will be no pre-order period.
