JCT has announced that the 2024 Edition of the Standard Building Contract family will be released on 21 August 2024.
The documents that will be included as part of the release are:

In addition to the Standard Building Contract family of documents, JCT has announced that the following 2024 Collateral Warranty documents will also be released on 21 August:
- Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Funder 2024 (CWa/F 2024)
- Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Purchaser or Tenant 2024 (CWa/P&T 2024)
- Sub-Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Funder 2024 (SCWa/F 2024)
- Sub-Contractor Collateral Warranty for a Purchaser or Tenant 2024 (SCWa/P&T 2024)
- Sub-Contractor Collateral Warranty for the Employer 2024 (SCWa/E 2024)
The documents will be available via the JCT online store, www.jctltd.co.uk.
Customers will have instant access on 21 August via the JCT On Demand digital format, or through the JCT Construct digital subscription service.
The contracts will also be available to order in traditional hardcopy from the same date. There will be no pre-order period.
