The RIBA produced Contracts Administration Project Packs and Pads for the JCT 2016 Edition of Contracts are now available to buy from JCT’s online store, www.jctltd.co.uk.
The new project packs are a completely up-to-date set of contract administration forms, tailor-made for use on projects let on the JCT 2016 Edition of Contracts, specifically the Standard Building Contract (SBC), Design and Build Contract (DB), Intermediate Building Contract (IC), and Minor Works Building Contract (MW).
Each pack contains a comprehensive and sufficient quantity of forms to administer a project under a particular contract – prepared in a clearly laid-out and easy to use format.
In addition, there are also Architect/Contract Administrator’s Instruction forms available, as well as pads of extra Interim Certificates, including Statement of Retention. The complete set of products is as follows:
