The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has released a new edition of its consumer-focused Home Owner Contracts for 2015.
In addition to providing a fresh design update, and improving the ease of use and accessibility of the documents, the contracts are brought right up-to-date with current consumer legislation, specifically reflecting the current Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
The range of new JCT Home Owner Contracts includes:
- Building Contract for a Home Owner/Occupier who had not appointed a consultant to oversee work (HO/B)
- Building Contract and Consultancy Agreement for a Home Owner/Occupier (HO/C and HO/CA)
